Red and green decorations; songs about snow, Santa, and a virgin birth; the smell of fir tree – it’s time again for the Lions to sell Christmas trees.
Starting November 25, the Christmas tree lot is open Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m., with weekdays from 4 p.m – 9 p.m. The sale will continue as long as supplies last (approximately mid-December).
The lot is in College Station at 2605 S. Texas Ave. on King Cole across from the CS police station.
The lot will be stocked exclusively with Frasier Firs from North Carolina that have proven to be very popular the last few years. Trees range from 3’ to 10+’ and are priced from $65 to $240.
All proceeds will benefit Lions service projects, charities supported by Lions clubs, and local charities.
